News and Announcements

Register today for the Bill McBain High Performance Lacrosse Program

In conjunction with BCLA and Pacific Sport, NOMLA is happy to announce the implementation of a new Lacrosse Program for all of our Lacrosse players – ages 7 to 16. This program is designed to help lacrosse players bring their game to the next level by offering a high paced, positive environment that is combined with conditioning and skills training.

This is a great opportunity to those players that seek to advance their game onto the junior level or University level. All coaches are BCLA certified. PacificSport Interior BC provides sport development and performance programs and services for athletes and coaches at all levels. PacificSport Interior BC believes that “it takes a COMMUNITY to build a CHAMPION”. They work in collaboration to support increased sport participation and improved sport performance throughout BC. The provincial network of PacificSport Centres consists of five not-for-profit organizations who are committed to developing sport at all levels by integrating world-class athlete services, coaching education and long term sport development opportunities. Just a friendly reminder that this coming Thursday, March 3rd, is the final drop in before we start this season’s evaluations. Evaluations will run on the 12th and the 13th. Division schedules listed below.. Me also ask that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to grab a numbered jersey. This is how your child will be assessed – not by name but by jersey number and colour.

All Divisions, excluding Tyke and Mini-tyke, will be evaluated to ensure a properly balanced team – in the event your Division will have more than one Team. If you know of someone who has not yet registered, please encourage them to do so as soon as possible. So far, registration is up and we are hoping for a few more to join the GREAT game of Lacrosse.

Let’s get the word out!

NOVICE – 9:00 – 10:15
PEEWEE – 10:15 – 11:30
BANTAM – 11:30 – 12:45
MIDGET – 12:45 – 2:0
